Standard Items
- Return Window: Standard, non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Condition Requirement: Returned items must be in unused, original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
Customized Items
- Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable: Due to the personalized nature of customized items, including personalized journals, notebooks, or specially branded products, these items are non-returnable and non-refundable once an order is placed.
- Exceptions for Errors: If there is a mistake in the customization due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@wadedesigns.shop. We will review the issue and work with you to arrange a replacement.
Exchange Policy
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to return an eligible item and reorder, please follow our standard return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send us an email at info@wadedesigns.shop with your order number, a photo of the damage or defect, and a brief description of the issue. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund as necessary.
