- Customized Items: Customized items such as personalized journals, notebooks, or special stationery may require additional processing time. Please allow an extra 5-7 business days for us to complete these orders before shipping.
- Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping for Customized Orders
We take great care in creating your custom orders, ensuring they meet our quality standards before they ship. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we cannot expedite the customization process. Please allow the full processing and shipping time outlined for customized items.
Shipping & Address Changes
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error after submitting your order, please contact us immediately at info@wadedesigns.shop. While we will do our best to make adjustments, Wade Designs cannot guarantee changes once your order has shipped.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
